ACCESSIBILITY
For each of our performance, OONY rents facilities at Carnegie Hall, which has received one of the first-ever "Access New York" awards to institutions that have made important contributions toward making New York more accessible to people with disabilities.
Access
Performances at Carnegie Hall are accessible from the west entrance to the main lobby on 57th Street. Weill Recital Hall access is at 154 West 57th Street.
Special Seating Arrangements
Available on the Parquet level of Stern Auditorium and Weill Recital Hall. Tickets for these seats may be purchased at all price levels. Patrons using wheelchairs must confirm seating access in advance by calling the House Manager's office at (212) 903-9605.
Assistive Listening Devices
For Stern Auditorium and Weill Recital Hall, assistive listening devices, courtesy of Carnegie Hall, are available free of charge with the deposit of a valid form of ID. Visit the coat-check room on the west side of the Carnegie Hall lobby.
Public Telephones
All public telephones at Carnegie Hall are equipped with volume control devices.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located on the Parquet level in Stern Auditorium, and in the Lounge in Weill Recital Hall.
