Opera Orchestra of New York (OONY) Privacy Policy

OONY's Commitment to Security
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures are in place to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. No financial or personal information pertaining to subscribers, donors or any other persons contacting OONY is available to anyone other than the permanent staff of OONY and is available only at the OONY office. Any requests or complaints are handled by the permanent staff.
Written Subscription Brochures and Appeals from OONY
A check-off box will be provided at least annually so that subscribers may inform OONY that the person in question does not wish his or her name and address to be shared outside the organization and also does not wish OONY to disseminate his or her personal information gleaned from responses to our subscription brochures; telephone, written or e-mail subscription orders, or written appeals to donors to other organizations.
As soon as is feasible, OONY will add to its website a clear, prominent and easily accessible privacy policy that tells visitors (i) what information, if any, is being collected about them by OONY and how this information will be used; (ii) how to contact OONY to review personal information collected and request corrections; (iii) how to inform OONY (e.g., a check off box) that the visitor does not wish his or her personal information to be shared outside the organi-zation, and (iv) what security measures OONY has in place to protect personal information.
